Sodium Ion Exchanger
The sodium lon exchanger is water treatment equipment. It is mainly used to remove calcium ion and magnesium ion from raw water to make water softer.
As we know, the alkalinity and rigidity of raw water are much higher. After raw water enter reverse osmosis membrane module, the filtered water will penetrate out from the module and left high concentrated water. When utilization rate of water reaches 75%, raw water will be highly condensed and its density is as four times as the original one.
At this moment, the density of CaCO3, MgCO3, CaSO4, BaSO4, SrSO4 and SiO2 will be larger than equilibrium solubility. At this condition, crystalline solid will be produced and block water passage of reverse osmosis membrane.
Our sodium lon exchanger is born to solve this problem. It uses its sodion to exchange calcium ion and magnesium ion of raw water through ion exchange resin. This can effectively prevent the generation of carbonate scale and sulfate scale, and thus produce soften water.
The centrifugal multistage pump is required to be installed in the filter. It can provide brine and extract sodion from it. The salt melting tank of 500L is required. Users can add industrial salt and water into it, and make water saturated.

Model Machine
The model machine is a stainless steel ion exchanger whose diameter is 600mm. It is filled with resin, and uses its sodion to exchange calcium ion and magnesium ion of raw water through ion exchange resin. This can effectively prevent the generation of carbonate scale and sulfate scale, and thus produce soften water. The flow rate is 15m/h.
