The APTDGY15C/APTDGY12C bottle water high speed rinsing filling capping machine is a highly efficient and automatic liquid packaging machine and a perfect combination of rinser, gravity filler and automatic capper. The APTDGY15C 3-in-1 machine has 60 pieces of rinsing clips, 60 pieces of filling valves and 15 pieces of capping heads, and is suitable for the bottle that comes in the diameter between 50mm and 115mm, height between 180mm and 340mm, and volume between 350ml and 2000ml. The APTDGY12C water high speed rinsing filling capping machine has 48 pieces of rinsing clips, 40 pieces of filling valves and 12 pieces of capping heads, and is suitable for the bottle that comes in the diameter between 50mm and 106mm, height between 180mm and 340mm, and volume between 350ml and 1500ml.
The rinsing, filling and capping process of bottles can be realized just within the same machine. Bottles are first fed in by the air conveyor, then transported by gripping the bottle neck, and finally fed out by normal conveyor chain. Hence, it is easy and convenient to change bottle size. This bottle water high speed rinsing filling capping machine is controlled by frequency conversion motor, PLC and touch screen MMI (Man-Machine Interface). Therefore, production speed, shift production and failure alarm are displayed on the screen for simple operation and remote control. In addition, all parts in contact with liquid, such as the filling tank and filling valve, are made out of anticorrosion materials in compliance with hygiene requirements.
